Education & Training
I received my BA in Psychology and Social Behavior from UC Irvine. I went on to get my PhD in Clinical Psychology at the California School of Professional Psychology, and a Certificate in Mindfulness and Compassion in Psychotherapy at the California Institute of Integral Studies.
